How We Met...

 It all began in the summer of 2005. Gianni and I first met at our church at that time, he was 16 and I was 12. We were both a part of the youth group. We never had an actual conversation until a few years later. But since the beginning, Gianni was convinced and positive that I would one day be his wife. At my young age I knew I didn’t want to even think about love or relationships until God said so, but His timing is definitely not ours and He knew exactly what He was doing.

 Love note, after love note, after flowers, after little acts of loving coming from his heart, I still never acknowledged or wanted to accept anything. I ignored him for as long as I could yet he never stopped, never ceased, never gave up. His perseverance, patience, selflessness, character, and heart after God drew me close to him and then I knew he was the One.

 On January 11, 2009 we finally told each other what we once thought would never come to pass. I told him that I loved him and that we would be our first and our last until forever. 6 years later our love continues to grow and….here we are counting down the days until our wedding day and our dream of becoming husband and wife is coming true!
